Guys, it's simple. Just put on some Justin Bieber and sing this to her:

And I'ma be your one guy
You'll be my #1 girl
Always making time for you
I'ma tell you one time

Seriously though, best way to let her know is by doing it straight up, no BS.

I wouldn't take the idea of just introducing her as your girlfriend..
Maybe, you say it to someone you're not supposed to say it and rumours start to grow, and then everyone thinks she is your GF, and you have trouble with guys or girls... or what not (Personal experience) .. Haha

Asking her to be your girlfriend like "Wanna be my girlfriend?" I used to do that, before I became more confident aboout me, now I just don't see myself asking that, because, well, I guess if she is seeing you long enough time (A good time for me to start being gf/bf is at least 3 or 4 months) ... if she sees you all that time and you kiss etc.. then of course she wants to be your GF (Of course there are exceptions) but in the end girls always want stable relationships..

Now, my last girlfriends (2) I just told them "Be my girlfriend" ...
And they just said "Yes, yes yes!" and "I'd love to" ...

Sometimes though, if you keep doing what you're doing then she might assume that you guys are exclusive.
