I met a girl (who was a "10" in my eyes) and we talked for about ten minutes. She gave me her number and said that we should do something. We texted on and off for a while and agreed to make a date. She was sick and had to cancel, when I tried to other plans she stopped responding to my texts.

I just want to make sure this never happens again, this has happened to me more than once. I don't want to live a casual lifestyle, I've done it and it doesn't really tickle my fancy. I do get really nervous when I'm around a well spoken-classy girl, but not so much around a girl that wants to have a good time. I think I come off as weird when I'm nervous but don't how to be cool....


any advice?

i just try to stay in the mind set of "no big deal" I just think to myself its all good there are billions of girls. Girls can smell weakness like a shark smells blood in the water. You got game i know you can get another 10 just like that man!

You need to make the meeting within a day or so of talking to her. No one wants a phone relationship.

molson is right this happened to me too recently and its because you generated the initial level of attraction with her and then waited too long to see her again in order to reaffirm that attraction she has/had for you so then it kind of dwindled off and now your just some random guy she met for like ten minutes a little while ago

think about it from her perspective, she meets a pretty cool guy and you plan on getting together soon but you get sick and have to reschedule so while all this time is passing she's got other things going on in her life and isn't thinking about you and how you made her feel that day you met all the time so naturally she's going to forget ... now she gets a text from this random guy she met a little bit ago but she doesn't really know you, for all she knows you could be a stalker or some kind of sexual predator (girls have to think like that now a days, its sad but true)

it's not so much you messed up as you just gotta get your timing down, after you number close wait at the most two days to contact her again say something funny or light hearted to show that your an easy going guy who's not threatening and then make plans, then at your date you can generate the attraction again with stories, jokes, eventually kino, you know the drill the fact that you got her number and she's an HB10 is something to be proud of and if you did it once you can definitely do it again so go do it brotha!
