How to turn a facebook pickup into a date?

So i met a really hot girl on facebook through the random poking method. She seems really into me. I got the convo from messaging to aim...then pretended I had to leave and she offered me her number to text. I texted her later on and kept the convo short.

I negged alot and she show alot of IOIs. Now how do I turn this random encounter into a date. Do I wait and get to know her first since shes never met me in person before? or do I just go for it?

Sounds like you have enough attraction since you got her #. You need to work on just comfort building. Tell short stories, let her get to know you some. When you think she understand you and knows you're not some Internet psycho, then go for the date!
