Whats a good response to that? I don't want to be really lame and just say yeah I remember you.

Also what would be a good way to get this to lead to a hang out?

...totally seeking your validation, don't give her the answer she is expecting
"oh i remember you" = no bueno amigo.

It would help if you put more of the conversation in context, I'm assuming this is facebook or mysepace. But the start of the good response may be:

"Haha that's funny, bla bla bla" (Don't even engage the desire for validation, leave her hanging a little)

Post more of the convo and background info if you want a good way to lead to a hang out...

i never like to use something too direct, i usually go with a little c/f, but make sure she knows you're joking around cuz sarcasm is hard to convey in text. something like "oh yeah i kinda remember you now, sorry i usually only remember cool people haha jk". it's important to take the pressure off her after that by giving something she can easily reply to like "but yeah my bad, we should chill sometime and get reacquainted"
