Well, I finally got a number close on Saturday night...

It's a long story so I will just give details....unless you want them, just ask.(as if this isn't already long enough, LOL)

Me and my girlfriend wing went out on Sat, she invited a male co-worker (CB) and his friend to meet up with us at a little club/lounge.

We got up to dance and check out the place and when we come back, another dude and chick are sitting in our chairs. CB was talking to the girl so we sat about 10 feet away facing their direction.

The guy in my chair leaves, he is not with any of them as we noticed, about 2 minutes later CB leaves. My wing says that the girl was looking at me...Our chairs are now free so we go and sit back at our table. Table of 4. Me and wing sit across from eachother, Girl (Jenn) To my right and CB's friend to my left.

I go in with who lies more, men or women....she is responsive, move into why girls are into assholes, I give her about 30 secs into talking and go into ring routine...I showed my wing (GINA) earlier that day so she really pumped it up when I mentioned to Jenn that she does not wear rings...So I start the routine, I ask for her hand...Im on the index finger and co-worker(CB) comes in and see's me holding hands with the girl he was talking too.

Now, Earlier, we had convo's about how to approach women and CB said that his game was tight, no prob. I just listened. Matt totally came out and said he was AFC, but not in those words. He is a cool mofo and really like him, he is just shy. He has great ambitions, true, everyone has a story.

CB leans in to hear what Im telling her and then tries to interupt by asking, what kind or beer she is drinking and what other beers has she tried...Holding her hand with one, I grab my beer with my free hand and say, Im drinking SAPPORO and it's great...and laughed, put it down and said, Where were we...Oh the ring finger, I LOVE this one...and ran my fingers up her arm.

Finished my routine and we had a good 15 min convo..., I purposely stopped talking to her, spoke to my wing for just a sec, it got quiet and then she started to ask me about where I work and what I do. IOI?

Afterwards, 15 min into a convo, my wing is ready to go, I "TELL HER" my friend is ready to go, we had a cool convo tonight, give me your number, I will call you sometime.

She gave me her number, I told her that I would contact her sometime.

We left, CB and his friend stayed...I felt good about this one and she was very pretty, I did like her.

I text her on Monday and it takes a while for a response, She finally does and says that her and CB clicked better and that she thought that I was with my wing...My wing says it's cop out, there is no way a GF will allow sooo much kino and then get a number right in front without getting mad...she feels cb sabatoged me...I think I didn't do enough DHV.

Mind you, this is my first full out routine with a girl and Im kinda bummed that I couldn't escalate it.

Can't win em all, tiger! Maybe CB had better game then you. I, personally am not down with all these gambits and techniques, i prefer the more natural route in attracting and seducing women. It would seem to me that when you launch into all these routines, you are conveying too much neediness and attention towards your target. Maybe you are rewarding her too much when she hasn't earned it. That you are being supplicating and showing traits of a weaker, insecure beta male. And although you were applying kino, you have to escalate the types of kino you are giving her. Keep ramping up the subtle sexuality or you'll be stuck in the friend zone or be seen as more an entertainer then a lover.

You did good, you got the number close. You are gaining experience. Just keep it up. Keep talking yourself up positively. Never stop learning. Just my two cents!

Anyway, good work on the numberclose, congratulations. One of the things that you did well was to actually go through an entire routine, not that easy in the beginning, I know. Bringing a female wing (pivot) along works wonders but as you say, girls might believe that you two are together, too much so and go for your CB friend.
However, your routines were more or less just fun, built a high buying temperature and a good feeling around you. That is good but beware... If you do not also flip the attraction switches you may find yourself in a buyers remorse situation. She starts thinking about how nice it was but realizes that she has no real reasons to like you, it was just in the moment that she felt weak, happy, attracted etc etc.
Also, you did not mention any IOIs, were there any (I guess since you left with the number)? They are good indications for how well your attraction switch thing goes. Without them it is difficult to know how well you are doing.

My guess is that you needed more real attraction (not just buying temp) and also a bit more comfort. Comfort like talking to her for a while after the numberclose.
Also, it is always nice to timebridge and decide the next meeting while she is still around, it is much harder to convince her on the phone...
