Ahh, I just realized that even writing here is stacking routines too. Then maybe my own definition of routines is wrong. I thought that routines or canned materials are just made up stories. Games doesn't. Yeah, on second thought I think some very little amount of routines won't hurt.

Yeah, I think being honest is the best technique (or is it even a technique? in PU.
But sometimes I also love to being indirect and use some guile. I love to keep people guessing too.

Think of them as modified, you take an interesting event from your life and fill it up with DHVs, humor etc

It is the same thing when you talk to your pals and you exaggerate in your story to make it sound even cooler (sometimes lol) .
