I'm 16 and she's 19, we talk all the time, otherwise working would get pretty boring. I make her laugh and i joke all the time and she even calls me cute a lot. I think she might be giving me a few signs or those IOI's but i dont really know how to escalate it. And then everyone once in a while she'll say something like your cute an all, but your 16. What can i do to move things along?

"Yeah, the age is a problem, I mean, when you get older I'm gonna have to leave you for a younger, hotter, version of you."
Even though she is only 3 years older it will get your point across.
