I'd like to share a tip that has helped me out a lot. I'm a guy that can keep a conversation flowing, usually...
Something that has saved my ass many times when I have nothing to say is my cell. Before I go on the prowl I always text few stories that will keep girls talking and save them to my drafts. That way if I run out of things to say I can just take my cell phone out, look at some lines, and they are never the wiser.
It works as a neg too. "Wow ladies..you're cute but that won't keep my attention forever." Yawn and look at your phone.

Ive always used my cell as kinda a get out of jail free card when i run out of shit to say. I pretend like someone is calling, step away, regain my composure to think of something else to say and then fire back.
