Waitress at a bar/resturant i go to gave me her email, I emailed her 10 hours ago so far no reply. If she does not reply should I go back to the bar and call her out on it and make a joke of it?

Any ideas of what to say?

DO NOT GO BACK TO THE BAR....

that's like what a stalker would do. If she gave you her email, that mean she wasn't very comfortable giving her number. Now, if she hasn't replied to your email that means you didn't catch her attention in a such a way that would provoke a response.

So your best bet is to just forget about, and enjoy the next you go out and meet a different girl.
