sometimes i find when the set falls off track... meaning u cant think of what to say and then ur faced with an awkward silence?

i find, these are actually some good times to talk shit. and actually display some comfort building techniques and set the standard of humour down.

for instance

'*giggle, have u ever seen the show hero's? my ex girlfriend actually got me into it when she bought me the season. and i only just started watching it. if u could have super powers would u preffer to teleport?.. or fly"?

HB, answer and response -
'id preffer to fly!'

PUA 'well what if the only way to fly was to flap your arms like you were flying.. or learning with the doggy paddle? *

HB 'haha, well then id teleport!'

PUA ' good answer! but what if you had to commando roll out of every teleport!?

*wait for laugh and continue


i usually bring these type of nonsense up and i find it really lightens the mood alot, and if they have a good sence of humour, it will allow them to use it with you!

i like these fall back ideas, cos we all get "to tired" to be creative sometimes... having a script to fall back on isnt a bad thing.

a radio show here uses something similar.

dude that dynamite, iv been looking for something like this for a while, some conversational piece which involves people watching, i think you could use it quite effectively to lock in and give some kino, eg:

PUA: hey give me your hand

(do mysterys spinning compliance test to lock in and steal her position in the group)

HB: hey what are you doing??

PUA: (quick touch on the shoulder) oh i was just giving you a better view so that we can play an awesome game! tell me 5 things about the girl over there....
