When I'm around her I'm really attracted to her... it's her personality more than anything.

Yea! Stop treating her like more than a friend. Talk to her about girls you are seeing and the dates you are gonna go on and ask her for advice but don't take it because girls generally can't differentiate what they think they want and what they actually want. Don't make time out of the day for her unless it's something you would do with your other friends. Be busy- don't wait till she has to leave when you end the conversation. You end it and perhaps to go talk to a girl you are interested in. Sooner or later she will see you as more than a pussy, who has a life in which women are attracted to you. Then you can game her. Start out being playful and creating sexual tension. You're the prize mother fucker and believe it. She earns your attention through good behavior like a dog or child- or something along the lines of that. No pun intended.
