I am working Mon-Fri I can't really hang out too much on the weekdays and usually do not get to see her till the weekends. I wake up super early and we don't live close maybe around an hour or so away so after work I'm so drained.
I feel like if I am only seeing her on the weekends she is going to eventually get fed up with that. I don't know what to do....
How many times should I be hanging out with her on weekdays?!?!?

Talk to her...tell her your dilemma and see what she says. You may be surprised.
Consider this...if you take it upon yourself to go during the week...you say your drained...a long drive can really put you to sleep if you aren't careful and if "god forbid" there is an accident...what then? All to find out that in the end, she was good with just seeing you during the weekend!!!
Talk to her first and then take it from there...one thing I learned...NEVER ASSUME.
An old lady told me once...Never ASSUME...It makes an 'ASS' of 'U', not 'ME'!
