A girl I've been seeing for the past 2 months is going away for a 4 week holiday by herself to Brazil.

That in itself, is no issue at all. She's smart and independent and I think it's great she's doing it. In the meantime, I'll be busy with my own things and a short trip as well, so that's sorted.

The real question is: How to maintain attraction while she's away (considering I've known her abit more than 2 months).

It'd be really good to know some common experiences from you guys, what you did and how it worked out? i.e did you email? stay in touch?

Occasionally chat. but less is more.

and keep some mystery. not sleezy like "oh i'm going to a girls gone wild party" then not speaking to her for a week... just little clues that your going on with life but don't need to check in on her.

Tell her you hope she has fun, and not to think about you at home while she's gone, because this is an awesome trip/opportunity/whatever.

that'll make her think about you all the time
