it's just been a year and my girlfriend has been declining in the bedroom. it's like down to maybe once a week and it's driving me nuts! I can’t sleep when she is with me because i am so wound up I find myself staying up all night long when she is over and just pulling an all nighter and then crashing the next day when she is gone. it seems like she has taken over the sex in the relationship and is using it against me I’m not sure how that is going to be to her benefit? I can’t go on like this I am NOT used to once a week when we used to do it about every day.

i think you should be glad you get at least some sex .. 1 time a week
i had relationships where i hadn't sex for 3 weeks or had sex 1 time in 2 weeks.
