The next day, she was really sad and stuff, so I checked it out, and I decided she was NOT lying. We got together again.

The problem: Her friends are thinking that I'm the biggest jerk ever, because I broke up with her. One friend even said:

"If you don't respect her anymore, I won't let you MARRY HER(we are not really going to get married)"

I replied: Relax, i respect her, i love her, etc...

She said: Good... you gotta respect her, she's golden. And I don't wanna seem like an ass, but you should stop calling me nicknames.

She may cockblock me, and even spread the word to more friends. What can I do guys?

You mean cockblock you with other girls or with your gf?

I would fix things with my GF and she will protect you whenever the girls have a go at you. She will also spread the word that you are great. You cannot do anything to change the opinion of her friend. She thinks that you are an asshole for treating your girl that way. Maybe you are. In that case just stop protecting yourself and admit that you fucked up. Thats what a real man does. Admits his mistakes.

Why did you break up with the girl without clear evidence that she was lying to you? I mean now you think that she didnt lie to you so it must have been something minor.
