Hey, i am a part time waiter at the same hotel as my LTR, we didnt meet at work, i just really needed a job and she said she would ask where she worked, we cater weddings together except she is there a bit longer than me and sometimes has to show me the ropes or correct me if i do something wrong.You can see where my problem is, i cant have her being in controll like that.

Sometimes i can pass it off with a "Well duh!" or "I know, i was testing you to see if you noticed, you passed, barely!"

There is very little conversation at work, 90% of it at our 20 min break, but while we are running around doing things,i might whip her playfully with my towel in the kitchen or stick my toung out at her when serving the crowd

How do i keep a higher status than her? make it look like i am the one who has her back, not the other way around. im afraid her interest level will go down. any help would be great.Thanks!

AFC can also be acting like you knew when you didn't. A really confident guy has no problem doing what needs to be done and finding out what he needs to know.

Dude, you are way way way WAY overthinking this. Everything in life is not a struggle for "control" or power. Be glad your girlfriend was sweet enough to help you out when you really needed a job, learn the work, do it fantastically and quit worrying about every tiny little detail of everything in life.

YOU are screwing up ! Your work relation is different than your personal relation. At work she is your boss and hence your interaction SHOULD be limited to that. At home you can spank her.

Stop your immatured behaviour of hitting her with the towel or showing your toung out. Be fucking professional at what you do and she would respect you more. A man who doesnt take his job seriously or who isnt good at work, well high quality women dont respect them.

So try to be this two completely different person. At work be this guy who is serious about work and if she corrects you say thank you. That would tell her that you are confident and not intimidated that she is your boss. But when at home be this fun guy that has control over her emotions, life and body
