Hi everybody i would like to discuss something and mabey get some of your thoughs and help on it. i m a AFC and 19 years old and at work there is a HB who is 28 and a single mother. i really ave a good connection with her and she isnt excacley HB10 material i would give her a 6 or 7.

We once had a work day of pure flirting and i could tell it was so on she even put lipstick on while maintaing eye contact but then a week later when everybody was supose to go on the christmas work due i noticed she had dressed up all nice and looked like a hb10 now but the thing is i have no social proof at work as i am a complete social retard and this made me nervouse expesally when my boss isnt very fond of me basically my boss does not like me.

i could tell the next day she was offended that i didnt speak to her or go out with work. the other day she enterd my personal space very close and gave me a "innocent touch" and i didnt really know what to do and now i belive this has completley made her lose any intrest and could never get back on her list as a possible partner.

please does anybody have any thoughs or opinions for me i thank you all very much.

normally this would be enouph... but you work with this girl every day... so you have to overcome all the *OTHER* days that you worked with her and didnt flirt...

just one day isnt gonna cut it...
and SO how would your boss feel if you started dating this girl?

does it matter? if not then dont worry about it... if it does.. then dont try to get with this girl if you want your job.
I have no idea what this means... you may have to explain this.. if she just touched you in passing it means nothing... i touch everyone as im passing them.. its a habit of mine...
not to be harsh, there is probably more to this then what you wrote here... but from where I sit... I dont see any reason to believe you ever *had* her...

and one time isnt gonna blow it...

go out there and start expressing some interest... remember you have all the time up to now that shows her your not interested in her... you have to overcome that first.
