Anyone have specific advice for breaking up a LDR? Long story short (check the newbie section for a more in depth explanation of my situation), I just moved back to my hometown after being gone for 6 months and my old girl is now in a LDR w/ a guy who's off at boot camp. The attraction is most definitely still there. I'm almost positive that she'd prefer to be w/ me, but this guy has been a great friend of her's for ages and I'm sure she's very worried about upsetting him and losing him as a friend. This girl really means the world to me, and I'm regretting deciding not to ask her to continue our relationship while I was away. Thanks in advance all

the best way... is just be that super cool fun guy that everyone wants to hang out with... invite her out and see you being social and fun, and everything else.

if she wants to be with you over him... time will do the heavy lifting.

Yeah, after evaluating my situation w/o considering this girl I still decided the most logical decision is to move back home. The economy where I was is in the shits right now, and being a cook by trade it's damn near impossible to get a decent job around there.

Decided I'm gonna go w/ the in-person letter idea ya gave me in the other thread. I've got alot to say, and figure it'll be a much more thorough explanation of my intentions if it's all written out. We'll have a talk immediately after she reads it.

I've been trying to keep busy getting back in touch w/ old friends the last couple days as she's been attempting to hang out every night. At first I was gonna just get right to the point, but there's a bunch of people I've been putting off meeting up w/ b/c of all the time I spent w/ this girl last week so I figure this is in line. Pretty sure I'm gonna win this one back, just trying to seal the deal w/ some good advice from all you wannabe casanovas haha.

So I found out yesterday that dudeman's old girl has been calling him at boot telling him his girl has been cheating on him w/ me. Any ideas on how I might be able to use this to my advantage? I'm assuming he doesn't believe her since she's apparently a crazy bitch, but I'm sure its placed some doubt in his mind. Judging from this, I'm assuming she misses him and wants to get back together, but I have not idea what their relationship was like before so who knows if that's feasible.

Unfortunately there's no truth to the rumor, I've barely even layed a hand on the girl besides very friendly kino. She's a bright girl and would pick up on me trying to get her aroused. She already knows I'm still interested in her, so I don't feel it's necessary to try and escalate anything. Anyone care to verify that this is the proper way to handle kino in this situation?
