I mean I'm there for her and things and show compassion and everything (for example I'm with her at the docs), but at the same time I don't wanna be a tampon.
Please advise...

It sounds like you're asking the wrong question here. If you have to ask question like this I would like to think theres something deeper going on in the relationship that you're not addressing. So you want to help your girlfriend while she's sick, but not too much because you don't want to look like a loser? So you stick the thermometer in her mouth, but don't check the temp? You cook the chicken noodle soup, but make her get up to put it in the pot herself? _________________ Need Coaching? Adjust your level of compassion accordingly. If she breathe through her nose because her nose is stuffy, maybe forgo the BJ's for a couple days. _________________ They call me the cat whisperer, cause I know exactly what the pussy needs.

This can aggravate the situation if not handled properly. Call a doctor. Let a professional handle this and then follow doctor's advice. Be careful about feeding her anything; she might have allergic reactions to certain foods and you will be criminally liable if something happens to her. Some type of foods may also aggravate certain medical conditions.
She might also have allergic reactions to bees and bee products. On top of her medical condition, she might also have diabetes on the side. Giving her honey could be a bad idea. Calling a doctor when someone is sick is always a good idea especially if the illness goes on for more than 3 days. _________________ Approach. Open. Escalate. Isolate
