I was chatting with my girlfriend on Facebook and then she messaged me that a lot of other guys was also texting her and hitting on her. Why are she doing this? Are she trying to make me jealous? But my question is really: What shall i respond to her telling me that other guys are hitting on her??? Or should I just ignore her?

Unless its a pattern who cares. Most average to good looking girls get hit on, A LOT particularly online (IG, periscope, FB, twitter). With women its not a case of abundance its a case of quality - most guys are chodes. Stop making an issue of no-thing and get on with your life.

My girl gets hit up frequently online, and off too you can't control that - so long as she's handling herself honourably then really, who gives a f*ck. Take it as a compliment, and in some ways it drives your attraction level to her up.

Agreed with n2thevoid. imo a good attitude to have revolving around this issue is summed up with embodying the words "how cute" toward these orbiters. You are the king.

She's doing it because it "worked".

Now you're being insecure coming to the form to ask us about it instead of challenging her on why she feels the need to create an air of desire around herself as if she isn't already desirable.

Who wants someone that no one wants? So the more you think people want her, the more YOU will want her and thats why she does it.

If you don't know how to handle it, just ignore it. Let her reinitiate convo. If you do, challenge her on it.

Any of girl of quality should have heaps of guy's coming onto her from all channels, from Orbiters to Facebook stalkers. It should go without saying really so it shouldn't even be a surprise.

I do not know how to handle such situations best but I have been experiencing this type of situation in an LTR and I would usually ignore such statements from her.

I find this to be a shit test from a woman. So I pay no attention to it and I act unaffected. Once you display any sign of insecurity, she loses some attraction for you.

This is why she does it. It is a DHV. She wants you to view her as attractive and give her attention. Don't challenge her on it. It just gives her positive attention. It reinforces and rewards the bad behavior of her talking about other men in front of you. If you don't like her saying shit like this and I wouldn't, ignore her altogether. Anytime she talks about another guy, she will get the message that it doesn't get the attention she is wanting and she will stop doing it.

Make the relationship you want. It still takes work even when she is your GF.
