So story is me and this girl hooked up over summer stopped talking then started back up again around new years now back off. I'm over it moved on but still kinda lingers in my mind. Another thing I dont want to sound like a beta when people ask us why it didnt work out. The way I think an alpha would respond is by saying either I was bored and got over it or I couldnt get interested. So just looking for advice on how to answer why we didnt last and why she pops back in my life/head.

Delete her number from your inbox. Not your contacts. It will keep your mind off of texting her when you are texting others. Also if you are not already going out and talking to other girls, start. If you are having trouble starting, further find ways to solve that. And download Tinder. It is a free dating app for your phone. This way you are talking to other girls in the area and keeping your mind off the one girl.

Old girls only continue to pop back up in my head when I haven't put in a enough effort into attracting a better woman. So long as I'm still chasing the high that girl made me feel I will always think of her. I get out there and not just find someone new, but I find someone better.

Time heals all, so in due time, all thoughts of her with whither.
