Hi,

Sometimes I think about what should I do when someone is trying to flip my approval seeking switch? I do it on girls sometimes and I get results. But, what should we do if someone tries to do the same on me?

What do You do in such situation?

Ignore it, you don't need her approval. That makes you higher value and more attractive.

Happened to me today at work..
I was in a meeting with my manager and he triggered the approval seeking triggers in me and I ended up over committing and feeling shitty on the drive back home..

I hope ignoring these triggers gets easier with awareness & practice.
