So things r going good for me right now. It's been 1 week since I've been official w/ my gf and last night we talked for almost 2 hours on the phone about all sorts of random stuff. (it's a 1st for me cause I seriously hate talking on the phone). I'm surprised at myself because I'm really really into my gf. Like pretty damn smitten.
Today I wake up and check Facebook and see this post on my gf's fb page:
"I'm so happy one guy has been causing me to be happy to the point of no return! I truly thank him for coming into my life and showing me that I'm not alone in this world and being someone I can call on when I need to for any and everything... Thank u (my name) for everything!
Well this is a total first for me! This chick makes me happy as well. I have no clue how I should respond to this post or if I should even respond to it. Granted I want to respond, but what should I say?
She's my first gf ever. If anything, I fall into the nerd/gamer/wannabePUA category. Being Mr. LTR man of the year is not my forte.
How do u guys think I should respond?
Hey brother,
first; congrats on the girl. I absolutely am in love with that feeling of being excited about a new girl in my life, and the fact that she felt the need to broadcast her new found feelz is a sure sign she feels the same way too.
I'm going to ask you to please disconnect from the seduction community while you're with your girlfriend. You may think it's harmless but I assure you, it isnt.
You've said yourself that you have no idea what it means to be a boyfriend so take this as a learning experience.
Let's test this out shall we? She expresses herself in a deep and open way and your first reaction is to turn to this forum and ask what the best way to answer is. I mean think about that for a second. Do we know her? Do we know you? Do we understand the chemistry between you two? Absolutely not. So why even ask? What could you possibly gain by asking?
Listen to your guts brother, they never lie to you. Do you even need to answer that? You will learn that having a girlfriend is an extraordinary experience. You will have highs, you will have lows. When she posts on facebook how grateful she is to be with you, she is being a woman. When she sits and pouts for no reason, she is being a woman. When she takes 4 hours to get ready to go out with you, she is being a woman. When she surprises you with chinese food, video games and sex, she is being a woman. When she falls asleep on the phone with you because she doesn't want to hang up, she is being a woman.
Being a boyfriend is about allowing her to be. Just let her be. Don't come here for advice, don't let others tell you how to behave or interpret. Just listen to your gut. It never lies.
Good luck brother!
Love
Mack
