So to cut a long story short...

I sorta started sleeping with a family members GF we got on for 8 months,
she gets rid of him and no one knows of the situation except a person I told in the beggining
anyway this person starts messaging her (the person I told) and dropping hints that she knows and
the person I was sleeping with is like "does she know" and I was saying no she's lying...

One day she texts and tells her everything I had said to her in the beginning, and it's all there she knew
I had consistently lied to her throughout, she pulls away and says "We're just friends now, because she knows"
No sex in ages :/ it's changed now and I have said I will wait for you, we all know
how women hate liars but what can I do we still text all the time we chill but there's tension and
feelings she cannot "Trust me with"

I need help

Sleep with other chicks. Don't bd emo with that girl. Won't help. And eventually hit her back up. Never confide your dirty laundry to a confidante if you think there's a chance they'll tell other people.
