So my girlfriend and I have had an argument where she said i didnt ever think about her blablabla, but anyway it was pretty much much ado about nothing and she was on her period. The night before she accused me of being shifty and weird with her on the phone. But last night before we ended up making up having sex (she was drunk) she said to me the day i was shifty she "saw me walking off with another girl although she may have been a friend" but she asked me about it anyway during this time as i always do i was barely texting her replying every half hour.

This morning she asked me if we wanted to lay off each other for a bit as ive been making more time for studying for exams. She then said she didnt want to tell her gay bestfriends that we are still together as they were with her when she was crying over the petty arguments(they dont like me anyway)

What I wanted to ask is my girlfriend cheating on me, am i being too needy, any opinions?

To be honest, your post wasnt clear enough. But from what I understood, I think this is a shit test from her side. As for the needy part, I think she is the one being needy, not you, so dont worry about that. I think the best way to deal with it is to tell her that if she thinks you guys should take a break, then you should. Dont try to talk her out of it, because thats exactly what she wants, she wants to gain power and leverage over you... And just a general comment, she seems like an insecure, emotionally unstable, and impulsive girl, so there is a slight chance she might be cheating, but not necessarily though, all I am saying is that the recipe for it is there already.
