Whether women want to hear this or not but a man must be the leader of the relationship. Women want to be lead and men need to learn how to lead. You have to keep in mind that the man is the one with the world on his shoulders. If you rely on your woman to take charge and make the decisions, she's going to make the decision of finding a man who makes a better leader. This is one of the reasons why the nice guy gets a bad rep... he lacks leadership. You don't have to be a bad boy to be a leader. As a matter of fact, sometimes the bad boy doesn't lead either. His motives are for self. If you want to become a good leader, you need to think about the other person and yourself.

You have a girlfriend and she feels she loves you. It's the lovey-dovey stage, so you know how that goes. Sex almost any chance you get, you always up in each other's faces. It seems good. You never judge a relationship by these times. This is when you are enjoying the newness of the relationship. You judge the relationship by the length of time you've been in the relationship and how the both of you overcame certain problems together. If you live together and the bills are starting to pile up, her expensive trips to spas and the salon isn't that cute anymore. Any time she gets dolled up you know it may have cost you a grip. When he leaves his clothes all over the floor, expecting you to make dinner, and work extra hours at your job to make ends meet, all of a sudden he seems more like a child more than your man.

If you want to become a good leader my suggestion is you work on becoming a better leader. That means you practice on the girls you are dating for the short term first. Learn how to instruct rather than ask. If she ask you what do you want to do on a date, the words, "I don't know... whatever you want to do" should never come out of your mouth. All this dating and fucking of women isn't just for fun. It's practice for that one fine day you decide to commit to one woman. YOU MUST BE THE LEADER OR ANOTHER MAN WILL COME AND TAKE HER AWAY. It may not be physically, but mentally and emotionally. He'll always be on her mind, and she'll find any chance to sneak around behind your back and cheat while you're at work, pulling in a double shift.

So, what I'm saying here is you want to build your confidence first. You want to not-give-a-fuck, when it comes to checking her. One more important thing, you must have your life in order first. The last thing you want to do is drag another person into your life and have them bear your burden.

Once you become a leader, you'll see how much better your relationship will become. You'll see how a man being a leader makes the relationship last longer and hold stronger.
