My girlfriend says shes bored,
I know we spend everyday together, which i dont like
Our sex life has just started to get boring, obviously i dont like.

So my question is how do i make my girlfriend less bored, we are currently doing a ldr too so i may need some ideas to work around that

In my opinion this is a much bigger thing than what routines to run on your girlfriend. You need to go and focus on something that is not her and does not involve her at all, but make sure you are keeping her informed how awesome this new thing is.

For example, I see a girl and I rock climb. I blow her off to rock climb, I tell her about people i meet at rock climbing, I tell her how great my session was etc etc but I never let her come.

That way she knows that there are things in my life that are equally, if not more important than her and if for any reason she wanted to break up, that would be no major biggie because life will go on. She will then suddenly value the time you have much more and the spark will come back quickly and strongly.

It is almost making her jealous and aware of how you spend your time, but doesnt involve another girl at all.
