I feel I need your guys views as I am worried I might be letting my feelings cloud my judgement.

There is a girl in my class whos a total HB and at least a 9. At least.
She is 25 and I am 19.
She is like my best mate in the class. We can discuss everything together and we party together. Shes really awesome and even drives me home sometimes. As I am a deplorable cook and we both share the same diet, she has even cooked dinner for me. This makes me worried that she might view herself as a mother nuturing type figure for me or she is really trying to value herself to me?
She has stated as though she feels like I'm her age (she only found out i was 19 halfway through the yr ), even though I'm younger than her youngest sibling.
Everyone in the class makes jokes about us liking each other.
She frequently makes jokes about us pretending to be dating to screw with the classes heads.
I never let her feel shes too hot for me by negging her at the appropiate times.
I feel theres some sexual tension here.
I don't feel as I'm friendzoned as she says she always hooks up with her friends, yet another hint ?

There is also another guy in the class whos my age and frequently sexts her .
And is just starting to look like a threat to me, maybe coz I don't know how to deal with him.
His really sly to my face and isn't as nice to me since I've started being friends with her.
I don't want to neg him as that makes it look like i care what he txts & says 2 her.

Anyway this week we are all going out to a bar with a few mutual friends.

I was wondering if I should AMOG or like blow him out during conversations ?
What would be the best way to esculate the sexual tension between me & the HB?
Should I game other girls and try to make her jealous ?
Is there any general tips at all out there for me?
I'd really appreciate outsiders inputs.
