Yo so basically I've literally just discovered that my mate from my hometown girlfriend is cheating on him with a guy at her university (I also go to the same university) and now I don't know what to do about it. I also know the guy who she is shagging. He's good at PUAing but is a fucking prick.

Anyway I want to tell him but if I was told that then I just wouldn't want to believe it and would end up casting my the guy that told me aside.

Bro you have to look at this from everyones point of view because who you decide to stick up for is going to be a big deal.

Girl and prick guy: She was lonely and he pulled. Shes gonna make the typical "I didnt have anyone, he was there for me and it just kinda happened...but i still love my boyfriend". The guy is a prick yeah but How would you like it if someone snitched on you and fucked up your game.

Your old friend from home: I really love/like this girl. She has been telling me shes sooooo worried about me cheating that she doesnt even want me looking at other women. I know she feels the same way about me that I feel about her.

My personal opinion: Fuck the prick and the girl. Shes cheating on an old friend of yours and thats so wrong. If he cheated she would make such a big deal about it but shes a hypocrit. Tell an old freind especially if your close.

If he's your friend and you respect him, then let him know! Good friends tell each other what's up, even tho it can hurt the other person.

Don't worry about him not believing you, you can't control that anyway. But you can point out what you know and ask him to do the right thing which is to leave her. He'll make is own decision and you respect that either way.

Do not worry about hurting him either, just tell him what you know and he'll thank you for it - even if it takes him half a year. He'll appreciate it if he has common sense. The best way to do this is confront the girlfriend, tell her you know what's going on and you can't watch her to do this to your friend, then give her a day or 2 to tell him or you will. Covers your angles then.

I think you've answered you're own question in a way, this old friend means more to you than this new PUA guy, you called him a prick. Plus if you're looking at this PUA guy thinking "I can sarge with him" then you're looking at it from a selfish perspective.
