Me and my girl started dating at around February, we're in a real relationship for almost 6 months now.

When we started seeing each other I was extremely busy with engineering school, we met about once a week. Sometimes once in two weeks.
Since it got serious things have cooled off a bit with school, and we see each other about twice a week. Sometimes once. I don't think we ever met more than 3 time a week.

From day 1 she's been asking to see me more and more. If we had it her way it would be every day. I tell her I'm too busy for that, but in reality it's not just that, it's also that I like having space for a while, and because I never really felt like I "need" to see her.

I do like her a lot though (the L word hasn't been said yet, but I think it's coming), and I want her to be happy. I'm not sure if she sees this as a serious problem or not, but I figured if she brings it up constantly then something must be up.

What do you think? Is it normal to see each other twice a week after 2 months? Am I not putting enough effort?

Doesn't matter....its all personal.

Right from the get go I hung out with my gf often, at least 3 times a week, and as it got more serious probably 5 days a week, as often as we could. Why? because I like hanging out with her, and she likes hanging out with me, and my friend get along with her so its not a problem.

There is no right or wrong answer here.

If you spend every day together it could get really boring really fast unless you two can be the quite watch a movie at home stare into eachothers eyes type of people...
