Those who say never to snoop... well that idea has finally hit home:
My GF goes in the shower... I have no reason to feel paranoid but yet STILL I decided to read her texts to her friend (we'll call her Friend1)...why? To be honest I was being nosey, not looking for anything bad but just curious to see girl talk
The texts I will now para-phrase from memory but were from around 2.00PM Thursday
Friend1 was talking about their mutual friend (Friend2) who has been having some issues with her ex involving him moving on but still sleeping with her.
Friend1 is on vacation:
Friend1: What is up with her? Anymore drama went on while I've been away? Its really hot here blah blah blah
GF:Haha I dont know, no not a lot. I am so jelous! The weather is ok here but not the same as South America I bet. blah blah... yeah just going for some secret sex
Friend1: Yeah it is lovely here, oh yeah enjoy cos you keep wanting to go back there!
These texts were sent when my GF was on the train going home. I had been with her that day and she had to go home because she was feeling unwell from her period.
- Genius here reads the texts wrong and just focused on the sarcasm exchange between the two...
I WAS SO SO CLOSE TO CONFRONTING HER WHEN SHE LEFT THE SHOWER!
If ever a lesson was needed not to snoop, this is it. What the hell I could have caused major arguments over nothing.
So now I learn my lesson, I feel guilty for even looking.
Do I tell her and apologise? Or just forget about it and learn my lesson.
Thanks
