I figured I'd start this topic to get your guys' opinions on different aspects of relationships. I realize all girls are different, so I'm just speaking generally in these questions. If you have any good points to make, if you've learned any lessons, if you've got advice to share, just aanything you feel is relevant, I'm all ears (eyeballs?).

RULES TO LIVE BY...
In an argument, even if it feels like a 5,000 degree tiger is inside me thrashing around chomping my guts up, I try to play it as cool as possible and at least look like I'm listening.

THINGS YOU'VE LEARNED TO DO/NOT DO...
Cheating. I've come to learn that, 99% of the time, cheating is just more trouble than it's worth. It's a mess of lies to construct and tracks to cover. I feel guilty immediately after. While I'm with my girlfriend, I'm thinking about the other girl, when I'm with the other girl, I'm thinking about my girlfriend.

BOUNDARIES...

Always question how this relationship is benefiting you, other than emotional gratification and sex. If she's not inspiring you or helping you move forward in your own life, then she is a waste of your time. In a relationship, a woman should help you realize your own purpose in life and the masculine ideal.
