Ok so i told my girl that i lost my feelings for her and she broke up with me and shes really upset. idk why i told her that, i guess i just like to throw twists at her. idk, anyway. how should i appologize to her? what should i do or say?

sounds like you shot yourself in the foot there.
depends on the seriousness of your relationship and your feelings.
if you genuinely don't have any feelings for her let her go, theres plenty of fish!
If you have feelings for her, take responsibility like a man, apologize for what you said, fight for her and do something practical as a demonstration to show her how much she means to you.

Why would you do that? Most of the posts that I see in this section are about guys who mess things up for no good reason. Unless you really don't love her and when she broke up with you you turned into an AFC and now you want her back. How did the conversation come about when you told her that you had lost your feeling for her?
