My thing isn't exactly the same but I had issues with my ex chick. She would lie about shit all the time. My advice to you would be to expect something similar like this. If you were a good guy she will regret it and try to get back in because you are security. As for how to get over it, make sure you have friends or people you can talk to. I never really talk about my problems to anyone, which means I can never work them out. It is horrible sometimes believe me. Be honest with your friends and ask for advice, guidance, support etc. Also having other women around is reassuring, especially if they fancy you
