When I saw this thread title, my first thought was "If she broke plans with me to hang with another guy, then she wouldn't even be my girlfriend anymore."

I can't even believe there is any debating going on, or that the OP even needed to ask what to do.

Dump her and go on with your life. End of story.

Pretty much agreed. If a girl can't be trusted enough to:

a. keep plans

b. stay away from other men

then she's not worth your time.

That said, if you plan on attempting to salvage this, I'd at least freeze her out for a good while and make her realize her mistake. I'd opt against it though.
