Should I deal with him?

I really don't want to bring it up in our relationship because he is very desperate to me and is not even worth mentioning. I don't want to put the idea that another guy might be falling for her into my gf's mind when she is head over heels for me now. It feels like I will get the opposite of what I want if I start complaining about this guy.

As potato said, I am ignoring him. I am seeing him just like a female friend and it not only helps me to stay calm and secure but it also prevents me from nagging about him to my gf and looking like the insecure and jealous guy to him. She is totally head over heels for me, not him and it leaves no chance to this guy.

It also looks like he learned his lesson because now he found some other friends to spend time with and does not follow her everywhere she goes. I am pretty sure my gf will put her foot down when he crosses boundaries and that's what makes me the confident guy.
