Man Op this shit is vague as hell. I have no idea what this relationship looked like. I can't tell if you had a good sex life. I can't tell what you did on the weekends. I can't tell what emotional connection was there. What are the personal matters you 2 had? What was the whole she doesn't feel special thing? I can't even tell if you 2 had sex. So many details are missing

It was a completely asexual romantic relationship.

Guys, to clear things up: Not trying to generalize, but here in Indonesia, having sex before marriage is viewed as a sin for most people. Women will be labeled as slut if she is no longer virgin before marriage. We hadn't have sex. So I believe sex is not the problem here. It's just cultural difference.

I was unsure what to do that moment. I did some searches here in the forum and found a thread about freezing her out to make her miss me and let her realize how's life without me.

Which is why now I am asking, was the freeze out the right thing to do ? Or I should've shown more affection towards her ?

Answer the goddamn question! So far you mentioned everything negative you put in the relationship--no sex, no contact after she says she wanna think about the relationship... What did you put in of positive? She cannot "miss you" if there's nothing to miss.

Btw there's tons of ways to have sex without taking the virginity of a woman. And there's tons of ways to get intimate without having sex.
