OP, everyone here has pretty much came to the same conclusion about this so you should really think about what everyone is saying.

You can keep pretending it's her fault, but it isn't in any way whatsoever. Her showing enthusiasm to see you, trying to get you to acknowledge her, and being upset because you can't treat her like a real friend makes you a true asshole. You are humiliating her and yet she keeps trying. At some point she's going to recognize you for what you really are and not only will she leave you alone, you'll get her family to leave you alone too.
