What's a neutral place? You know you have to stop, but you want us to give you a pass on whatever you texted her, whether it was pathetic or neutral. Not gonna do it.

When you sent her a neutral text, it was probably a question, wasn't it? And she answered it because she felt guilty if she didn't.

By dropping off the grid and going no contact, you will make her feel that way to the max. She will reach out.

With respect, if you keep acting like a bitch, she will answer your texts under two circumstances: 1. She's bored or 2. She's not fucking some other guy.
