To me why would a girl want to dress up slutty if she has a bf? Dressing up like that is just to get attention from boys, or it will at least result in attention from boys. Im my view a girl in a relationship shouldn't feel the need to get other boys' attention.. Perhaps its a sign she is becoming less interested in the relationship, but most likely I think its because she doesn't feel that attractive and is using other boys attention to feel better about herself. Try regularly letting her know how attractive she looks if you don't already.
