What I don't understand is what do you mean by "stand your ground". You already apologized, which is what you should be doing when it's your fuckup.
If you're asking us whether you should now kiss her ass just because she decided she hasn't fully accepted that apology then no, the answer is no. Unless the gravity of your fuckup justifies it.
Meet up and focus on having a good time together.
