We just spoke on the phone and she dropped a "you're easy" comment, she means, that there's no ego bullshit between us and that she gets whatever she wants from me.

Is this a relationship? If it is, I would suggest that you take it in stride and not worry too much. Reason I say this is because you want to be able to be yourself and be with a woman who appreciates who you are. If you start acting out of character in order to appease her for being "too easy", you're wasting energy unnecessarily.
