So im "stuck" in a rut with my gf of a year. I have noticed more often than not being in a ltr really sucks all the pua and male energy out of you unless you keep it constantly in practice. 6- social dependance- the majority of my socialization is through her, i spend 80% with her and 10% with friends and 10% with family
6- I have ended up buying stuff for her just to avoid her dissappointment or in hopes ill get head if i do.
7- Looking for quick fixes in hopes of smooth night so shes gonna suck me off. ie not retaliating to arguements, supplicating, talking too much to cut any silence

How i plan to fix this:

1-practice speaking loudly and confidantly (toastmasters groups??)
2- Relearn openers gambits "chick crack" convos, drama convos
3-Only touch to reward
4-Only talk if she listens, freeze out if shes not engaged, and keep you convos dhv and intresting
5- Dont ask for bjs. either just put it in ( fails as she has bad experince with forced sex acts or overly dominating behaviour) or just freeze out till she wants to do it ( defeats the goal as no garuntee of regular bjs)
6- go out again, game more, spend more time with puas and friends and work
7- Put firm foot down, only buy if i get bjs, only buy if shes deserves it.
7- be more forward and speak if i dont like something, freeze out if shes bitch shielding
8- No oral for her until I get some head first
