Health issue is not always bs. I was always healthy to skinny built without being on a diet my whole life.
However, due to some circumstances my cortisol levels increased and no matter how much I was dieting and exercising, I was keep putting on weight. I was 20 kilos overweight.
Then I started relaxing, having less stress and the weight dropped without doing an effort.
And it was not a proper health issue. Cortisol increases due to stress.
Also if she has polycystic ovarian syndrome, every kilo that is above the normal weight contributes into increasing it even more. It is a vicious cycle.
Stress leads to eating more food to compensate. If you are not aware, that leads to weight gain. On the contrary, stress leads to weight loss if you eat like a normal person as body is much more charged and expending more energy. Personal experience.
I went through extreme stress that caused me temporary hair loss. i could see bald patches on my head.
The hair restored on its own and same the weight. Now my hair is waist length and i am back to normal weight and i eat whatever i like.
