Sorry but all of that is BS. The only thing that makes you get fat is food. Whatever else is happening in your body, if you aren't shoving the food in, you won't be packing on pounds unless you have edema.
Not really. There is something called metabolism and a fight or flight mechanism in your body.
i didn't change my diet or activity at all.
i must know something to have dropped the pounds ;)

Stress leads to eating more food to compensate. If you are not aware, that leads to weight gain. On the contrary, stress leads to weight loss if you eat like a normal person as body is much more charged and expending more energy. Personal experience.
I went through extreme stress that caused me temporary hair loss. i could see bald patches on my head.
The hair restored on its own and same the weight. Now my hair is waist length and i am back to normal weight and i eat whatever i like.

More seriously, if you're close enough I would be straight up and talk about it and say your interested in getting fit as well, that'll take the spotlight off her a bit and work outs never usually last long without a buddy.

Something to consider though - people who through big transformations often change mentally too, so she may think (no offence here) that she could get something better as she'd be getting a whole lot more attention from other guys if she did lose the weight.

Depends what type of girl she is I guess.. and I'm fairly cynical after seeing something similar first hand.

Hi, I see 2 problems.

1 is why do you want to change her if you like banging her already the way she is? Is it because you care what other people think and don't want to be seen in public with her? Because you obviously already enjoy spending time with her enough to want more.

and

2 if she loses weight to be with you and you fall in love then what happens if she gains it all back? Is your love conditional? And will she never trust your love because she'll always be aware that if she gains 5 pounds, oh no, I better be careful or he's going to leave me.
