Since I didn't find any info in a search and I feel this is a pervasive problem with a lot of women, I lay it out for you here for your personal input and advise.

Long story short, broke up with my GF of 4 years back in November, ended up hooking up with and subsequently dating the girl I am with now less than a week later (I still got it).

Fast Forward to now, she tells me "I'm still hung up on my Ex" (Which I had a feeling she was), which is this guy she has dated on and off for 3 years but he has never committed to her, probably the reason she's hung up this guy. Now she doesn't want to move forward with an LTR, which I prefer to casually dating, because it "wouldn't be fair".

I really like this chick and would like to still pursue it, even though I have options closer to home. We already talked about it and we dont want to be FB's and its too late to LJBF it clearly, we basically left it at if her feelings change and Im still available then we could go forward with an LTR.

Im open to any personal experience on the issue and advice? I used to know better tactics to alienate an Ex but have since forgotten them.
Also, I am certainly not sitting around with my dick in my hand and am currently pursuing my other options in the mean time, so no advice needed there.

She's caught up in her own web of emotions right now. Trying to understand her logic would be like speaking Taiwanese to a labrador and expecting it to understand.

You said you have your goals you're working on. Keep working on them. You said you have other options you could fuck. Fuck them instead. You do those two simultaneously and no one can say you're wasting your time.
