Since I noticed, that a lot of guys fall in love or start feeling more for girls they have been friends with for a long period of time, and are now stuck, because they do not know what to do, here is my advice or guide on how to get out of the friend zone or how to turn a girl-friend into your "girlfriend" aka lover.

Now before I start i would like to point out that this is NOT for guys who only want to "bang" a girl they are friends with. This guide or advice is for you, if you really really like the girl and would like to become exclusive with her because you have feelings for her!

Okay lets go...
You are in one of these Situations right now:

1. You developed feelings for a girl you have been friends with for years or month, and you want to make her your girlfriends because she is awesome! But you fear to lose her as a friend or to destroy the friendship because once you tell her what you really want and feel for her.

OR

2. You met a girl you really like, you made your move but she gave you the classy "lets just be friends" speech. Because you do not want to lose her you go along with "just being friends" because you think that she will change her mind later on and realize how awesome you really are...

What can you do about this situation?

If you have been friends with a girl for quite some time, she should be comfortable with you touching her ( hugging, touching her arms, back and so on). What I want you to do is this: Next time you hang out with her you SLOWLY start with some soft kino escalation. This guide right here tells you exactly how and what to do:

Every time you see her you apply the things explained in the guide above. If she goes along with it and is comfortable with you touching her you grow a pair of balls and KISS HER! If she has attraction for you, she will let it happen and kiss you back. Congrats! You should be able to take it from there! Start dating her, keep up the sexual tension and things will go your way (most likely).

If she rejects you and says something along these lines: "I dont think its a good idea. Dont get me wrong but we are friends" you know that she is not ready for it YET or maybe has no attraction for you at all. At this point there is only one thing you can possibly do if you have any self esteem and dont want to look like a needy and weak bitch.... I know, what I´m about to say will be a pain in the ass for you especially if you really like the girl but please trust me at this point. It IS the right thing.
Here is what you tell her: " Listen, I am not interested in being your friend or just being your buddy. I know what i want and that is not friendship. You know i love you, i adore you, and you are a great girl, but if we cant be more than what we are right now, i want you out of my life for good. I cant take this. Its your choice! We either work on something beautiful to happen or you will lose me" ( At least something along these lines so you make it very clear to her!) " Just give me a call when you change your mind. I would love to be with you"

Now here is the most difficult part where 99% of the guys screw up!! : You DO NOT contact her, you do not call her and you do not text her!! I know its fucking hard! I been through it!
One very important quote you should always remember is "The strongest negotiation position is to walk away and MEAN IT" This is so important and key!

You just go about your life, start hanging out with new girls and you wait for HER to contact you again. Because you have to realize one thing: Girls are emotional beings! If you been friends with her for month or even years SHE WILL contact you again because guess what...She misses you!! Once she contacts you, you set up a date with her! Say something like " Hey ( Sarah ) nice to hear from you! We should get together, when are you free to meet up for a drink?"
When you see her again, just start all over again! Kino escalate as explained in the guide. Go for the kiss again!
Now let me tell you one thing... It might take a while for her to contact you. She wont miss you after 2 days or 5 days! Girls need time to think about their own feelings and to think and wonder about YOU! This can easily take 2 weeks up to a month! In my case its been around 3 weeks. But trust me, because you acted like a fucking man she WILL be all over you when you finally see her again and start dating her. At least thats what i experienced.

What if she doesnt contact you again?

Well, that is of course a possibility you have to live with! This CAN happen. And it sucks and it hurts. But that way, you know that she had no attraction for you, and it would have never worked out anyways. Think of it that way: Do you really want to stay "friends" with a girl you want to have Sex with but who keeps you in friendzone for EVER because you acted weak? She will keep funking other guys, while you sit at home, hoping that one day she will realize how awesome you are? NO! Its not going to happen!! This is just mind fucking yourself and you dont want to be that man! I been through it and its fucking terrible.

I know it sounds cruel but the truth is there are only 2 options:

1. She is attracted to you as well and you will take her to bed successfully
2. She has no attraction for you, and because of that you have to leave her for good!

And the option most guys choose unfortunately:

3. Stay "friends" with her, hope for the day she will change her mind (which will never come) keep kissing her ass because she is "such a great girl" while she gets fucked by other dudes. That way you dont have to lose her as a "friend" and do not have to deal with the pain of never seeing her again. You will not meet new girls and most likely miss the next great love of your life because you are waisting you´re time chasing a dream that will never come true.
