Hey guys

So me and this girl have been dating for three months everything has been great, but last Friday she broke up with me because she said things were getting to serious. Before we even started dating she told me she didn't want a relationship but she decided to be my girlfriend anyway. We still trying to be friends but I find it hard to be friends with her cause I really like this girl. We were sitting outside on Tuesday and she told me she misses me. I replied with this was your idea but I'll be waiting if you change your mind. If I had a choice I would distance myself from her but unfortunately we work together. I am leaving the company on the 15th if January but until then I gotta see her basically every day. I wanna know how I should deal with this and what are the chances of getting her back. The reason she doesn't want a relationship because she is scared of commitment.
