She's emotionally attached to you and is looking for any reason to stay with you. However, she isn't in it for the sex. She's in it for you.

Make a moral decision and cut her off completely. The more you stick around and keep her hopes up, the more ur fucking with her head, thus potentially hurting/abusing her mentally.

I'm on board when people do the no-strings-attached thing, but ONLY when both are aware of whats going on and have a clear understanding.
