Hey just started being exclusive with a girl and during this convo she was telling he how she'd like to be able to take me home but has a problem with her SPAM.

Her SPAM has told her on FB (not in person ??) that he's interested in her and she has told him that its not going to happen, this was whenever we'd just started dating.

So she says she wants to be able to take me home but it feels a bit awkward, but at the same time she says that if he cant handle it then shes going to have to move out.

So my reaction was to tell her that she needs to tell him she's seeing someone and see what his reaction is. I haven't heard if shes had that convo yet.

Was this the right thing to do as its pretty early on and was thinking its too early to make demands or tell her to get the hell out of there?

But I have since been thinking that getting her to tell him that shes with me might actually make him want her more, the whole want what you can't have scenario.

I'd be grateful for some thoughts.

You are best to ignore it, he isn't a threat to you at all. Don't make her problems your problems.

You should have just gone over and played it cool. It's her problem. If she flat out won't have you over at all then that's a problem. That's trouble right there man.

Just go over, hang out there if you see him play it cool and he'll get the idea. It's not awkward and you don't have to give a fuck.

Just my OT opinion here but the dude was nuts to move into an apartment with someone he was interested in. That's just fucking dumb even if you know you can have her. That's totally on him and totally on him for getting attached to her.
