Well to make a long story short i've been dating this girl for 3 months. We've hardly been able to see each other because of our summer vacations, but we still text all the time, and it's been very healthy up until this point.

About 2 weeks ago she was telling me about how her parents/siblings/church are all pressuring her to date a guy she wasnt into instead of me (parents not liking an rafc. Shocker.) She was telling me she was feeling smothered by it and that she needed time to herself and meditate. K whatever.

I texted her after the first week to check up on her. (she's normally kinda needy so its weird shed ask for this a much alone time.) Said shes fine. Depressed about school starting and not having freedom bc of shit she pulled last year. I ask her if thats it. She says she really doesnt know whats wrong with her. Whatever.

Week 2 comes in. At this point im pretty much asking myself, "Im not in a relationship with the olympics. I shouldnt have to wait 4 years for sex." I'm not an idiot. I've been keeping myself busy and gaming other women, getting some numbers, as a form of... insurance, but I haven't gone around fucking like a rabbit or making out at random. I'm still with her. I know it's about me, but she wont tell me. What do you guys think?

Tl;dr How long should you wait before asking her what's up and/or an appropriate time to dump her?

Anytime is an appropriate time to tell her you think you should see other people, provided that is how you feel.

You don't have to dump her and say fuck you it's all over. Just say, I think we should see other people. At that point you've let her know that's what you're going to do.
